Avon Cosmetics Gala Function
Singing and playing the guitar with the chip shop boys tonight for the 2nd night in a row for the Avon Cosmetics Gala at the Metropol, NEC, Birmingham.
The thousands of guests enjoyed some posh sit-down dinner before the awards were presented, then followed by a knees-up with yours truly entertaining after.
Opening the set with Get Lucky by Daft Punk and finishing it with Hey Jude by The Beatles is almost always a hit at these high-end functions with the party band.
It was lovely getting some great Mexican nosh cooked for us out the back after soundcheck and nice getting chatting with the other sound and light crew who were making sure night ran smoothly.
